• For dry components: Use grease gun until excess emerges
• Clean residues with lint-free cloth, apply specialized grease
• Brush chains with oil-grease mixture
3. Mechanical Inspection
a) Check cable cover tightness weekly
b) Verify pneumatic system leakage
c) Implement rodent prevention
4. Structural Checks
• Monthly verify:
– Screw tightness
– Anchor bolt security
– Floor cracks
– Belt tension
– Sensor alignment
5. Control Cabinet
• Keep closed during operation
• Quarterly dust removal
6. Low-Temperature Operation (-15°C to 0°C)
a) Startup protocol: 10-20min warmup if abnormal
b) Cable inspection:
• Minor damage: Electrical tape repair
• Major damage: Contact after-sale of manufacturer
c) Pneumatic requirements:
• Dry air supply
• Oil-water separator
• Freeze-resistant lubricants
7. Counterweight Lubrication(Monthly)
(a) Elevate horizontal arm
(b) Power off system and lubricate the inner vertical guides/chains(keep hands and
other objects away from the observation hole)
(c) Power on and move the horizontal arm down and up several times
8. Dust Cover
• Reinstall immediately
• Prevent contamination
• Avoid abrasive damage
